Buckeye CableSystem's Weekly Winner Drawing
Sponsors: Buckeye CableSystem
1. Five winners will be selected each week (entries received between Sunday and Saturday)
2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter without purchase by filling in your contact information on this web page. Then hit "submit." One entry per household.
3. ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTERING: Mail a 3 x5 index card with your name, address, phone number and signature to "Weekly Winner" c/o Buckeye CableSystem Marketing, 5566 Southwyck Blvd., Toledo, Ohio 43614.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received or postmarked by Saturday of each week. The drawing will be held on or around Monday for the previous week's prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Drawing is open to anyone 18 years or older. One entry per household. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Buckeye CableSystem and their parent companies, employees of WTO5, Block Communications, subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible. Immediate families include spouse, parents, brothers, sisters, and children.
6. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Buckeye CableSystem and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Buckeye CableSystem and Block Communications or subsidiaries and its sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
8. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of prizes.
9. Winner may be required to sign a liability release and consent waiver form to claim prizes, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
10. Winner may receive a 1099 tax form.
11. Participating sponsors are not eligible for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. All decisions of contest sponsors regarding eligibility, entries, winners, and other matters are final.
12. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winners are only eligible for one grand prize per month.
13. The Grand Prize package is non-transferable.
14. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalents allowed.
15. All rules are subject to change without prior notice.
